What you get
All of it, on the free plan. There is no larger version of FitDoc that we are keeping from you.
Your website
A clinic that has no website gets one. A clinic that has one can keep it.
- Pages you write yourself
- Home, about, services, contact — edit the wording from your console, no code.
- Your branding
- Logo, colour, hero photograph, your practitioner photograph. Upload from your phone.
- Your own domain
- Point yourclinic.in at us and patients never see our name. Or use the free address we give you.
- Opening hours, published
- Taken from the hours you set, so the website can never contradict the booking form.
- A booking form for a site you already have
- Drop it into your existing website and keep everything else as it is.
Appointments
The diary, and the ways an appointment gets into it.
- Online booking
- Slots offered only where you are genuinely free, respecting your session length and the gap you need between patients.
- Walk-ins and phone bookings
- Enter one yourself in a few seconds. It joins an existing patient by phone number rather than making a second file.
- Today's schedule
- Arrived, done, did not turn up — one tap each.
- Reminders
- An automatic reminder before the appointment.
- Patients abroad
- Times shown in the patient's own timezone as well as yours, so nobody misses a teleconsultation by five and a half hours.
Clinical records
Enough structure to be useful, not so much that a note takes longer than the treatment.
- Patient files
- History, allergies, referral source, and every past visit.
- Episodes of care
- A course of treatment for one problem, so a patient who returns two years later does not muddle the record.
- Visit notes
- Assessment and follow-up templates, with your common phrases a click away.
- Outcome measures
- Twelve standard ones included. Record a score per visit and see the movement.
- Signed notes
- A signed note cannot be edited, which is what makes it worth anything later.
Documents and billing
The paperwork, mostly written for you.
- Discharge summaries
- Built from your visit notes: sessions, dates, treatments and how the outcome scores moved.
- Your letterhead
- Printed as a proper A4 PDF with your practice details and your signature.
- Share a document securely
- Send a referring doctor a link that expires, rather than an email attachment.
- Bills and receipts
- Numbered per financial year. No GST unless you are registered for it.
- Session packages
- Sell ten sessions, track how many are left.
Not yet
Worth knowing before you sign up rather than after.
- Taking payment online — you collect as you do now, by UPI or cash
- WhatsApp reminders — they go by email for the moment
- A mobile app — the site works on a phone, but there is nothing to install
- Video consultation — you can offer one as a service and use your own link
