The one thing that costs us money per clinic is sending messages. If you grow to the point where that matters, we will talk to you about it rather than quietly capping you.

Questions

Why is it free?: Because it is new and we would rather have clinics using it than money from it. We are working with a small number of practices to find out what actually helps before charging anyone.
Will it stay free?: The free plan will stay. If we ever add a paid one it will be for things that cost us money to run — sending thousands of messages a month, for instance. You would be told well beforehand, and nothing would be switched off without warning.
What happens to my records if I stop using it?: They are yours. Ask and we will export your patients, notes and documents in a form you can keep. We do not hold records hostage.
Do I need a website already?: No. You get one. If you have one you like, keep it — you can put just the booking form into it.
Is my patients' data safe?: It is stored in India, each clinic's records are separated at the database level, and every time a record is opened is logged. See the privacy policy for the detail.
What if nobody signs in for months?: We pause online booking and tell you first, so that a patient cannot book a time you are not expecting. Your website, records and notes stay exactly as they are, and signing in turns booking back on immediately.
